Naming the best martial arts style for fitness is almost impossible. There are many different types of martial arts that humans have been practicing for thousands of years, and martial arts creates incredible transformations to this day. We’re going to go through the most effective martial arts that we offer and try to crown a champion. Let’s do it!

We offer a general adult martial arts class that is kind of a little bit of everything – and all of our students LOVE IT. You’ll learn how to punch and kick properly, have a blast with fun-loving people, and break quite a sweat too. We condition at the beginning of class, run through drills and teach new skills, and then finish with a cool off. You WILL get sweaty in this class- so if you’re a beginner to taekwondo fitness class in general and looking for the best martial arts style for fitness, our Adult Martial Arts class should do the trick.

4. The Verdict

Bottom line- you’ll get fit, FAST, with any of our martial arts classes. Our classes are fast-paced, full-body training sessions that ramp up your heart rate and help relieve stress. There ARE some key points to consider, however, when looking for a fitness class. Are you looking to fight any opponent, even ones bigger than you? Go with BJJ. If you want to train competitively, Krav Maga or Muay Thai are your best options.
